Things to make with International Fabulous Flats™ Tandoori Naan
Sauteed Mushroom and Fontina Panini Naan
2 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto (home-made or store-bought) 1 package International Fabulous Flats™ Tandoori Naan, Garlic variety 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup shredded Fontina cheese 1/2 cup sauteed, or caramelized onions 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms
Spread sun-dried tomato pesto on bottom (not the bubbly, charred side) of one naan.
Top with cheeses, sauteed onions, and sauteed mushrooms.
Place second naan, bottom side (not the bubbly, charred side) down, on top, pressing the two naan firmly together. (The "bubbly" side of each naan should be on the outside of the sandwich.)
Place sandwich in preheated panini press, or on hot grill, and toast 4 to 6 minutes or until filling is heated through and grill marks appear on outside.
Let cool about 1 minute before slicing. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 to 4 servings.
