Recipes to Make with International Fabulous Flats™ Stone-Baked Pizza Crust
Onion and Tomato Pizza with Manchego Cheese
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1 package International Fabulous Flats™ Stone-Baked Pizza Crust, Original variety 2/3 cup caramelized, or sauteed Onions 1/2 cup cherry tomato halves, drained (packed in oil) or sundried tomato halves drained (packed in oil), quartered 1 cup shredded Manchego cheese Salt and freshly ground pepper
Brush olive oil over pizza crust. Top with onions, tomatoes and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Place pizza on baking sheet and bake on middle rack of preheated 400F oven about 15 minutes (for a soft crust) to 20 or 25 minutes (for a crispy crust).
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
