Recipes to Make with International Fabulous Flats™ Stone-Baked Pizza Crust
Grilled Vegetable Pesto Pizza

1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded Asiago or Jack cheese 1/2 cup basil pesto, homemade or store-bought 1 package International Fabulous Flats™ Multigrain Stone-Baked Pizza Crust 2 to 3 cups coarsely chopped mixed vegetables of your choice (e.g., zucchini, eggplant, onions, mushrooms bell peppers), lightly coated with olive oil and grilled or oven-roasted until tender Salt and freshly ground pepper
In small bowl, combine cheeses. Set aside.
Spread pesto evenly over pizza. Sprinkle with half the cheese mixture. Arrange vegetables on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place pizza on baking sheet. Place on middle rack of preheated 400F oven for about 15 minutes for a soft crust, or 20 to 25 minutes for a crispy crust. Slice and serve warm.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
