Recipes to Make with International Fabulous Flats™ Stone-Baked Pizza Crust
Tomato Basil Bruschetta

1 package International Fabulous Flats™ Stone-Baked Pizza Crust (Multigrain or Original) 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 1 clove garlic, peeled 4 ripe tomatoes, diced 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped Salt and freshly ground pepper 1/2 cup cubed or shredded Mozzarella cheese
Brush pizza crust with olive oil and rub with whole garlic clove. Cut into approximately 16 squares.
Arrange squares on baking sheet and place on middle rack of preheated 400F oven. Heat for 10 minutes for soft crusts or 15 minutes for crispy crusts. Do not turn off oven.
Meanwhile, prepare tomato topping: In medium-sized bowl, combine tomatoes, basil and chopped garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon tomato mixture onto heated pizza crusts. Sprinkle cheese on top of each square. Return to oven and heat for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
